Best Thing That Ever Happened To People
Do I need to know how to dance?
NO. If you love music and are enthusiastic, you can dance.
NO FANCY FOOTWORK. Just an easy, zesty walking step for most dances.
What kind of music do we dance to?
Mostly lively, old-time, toe-tapping fiddle tunes. Linda usually ends an evening of dance with a waltz or a simple folk dance.
Do I need a partner?
NO. Linda encourages everyone to dance. Singles, couples, all ages. And you don't need to bring a partner because we all dance together. Everyone is encouraged to change partners for every dance to meet new people and make new friends. Ladies can dance with ladies, gents with gents.

About Linda
Linda has been dancing in one form or another all of her life. She attended her first contra dance in 1990 and fell in love with it. Within a year, she called her first dance. She loves to share accessible dances with groups of people of limited dance experience of all ages.
